Questions about vouchers

How long is a voucher valid?

Vouchers are subject to the general limitation period of three years, which for us only starts at the end of the year. Vouchers are therefore valid until the end of the year plus three years.

After that, any price difference due to price changes has to be paid.

I was given a voucher. How do I redeem it?

Vouchers of course take priority over spontaneous requests. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please let us know about two weeks before you want to redeem your voucher.

Just fill in the form on our website: Redeem a voucher

Or email us directly: info@tandemfliegen-bgd.de

Can I redeem a Jochen Schweizer voucher with you?

No, we do not work with Jochen Schweizer.

On request we can give you the contact of the local partner. If you would like to book an extra flight with one of our pilots at short notice, you are welcome to contact us.

Unfortunately, paragliding flights via Jochen Schweizer are currently no longer offered in Berchtesgaden.
